Aarp Fdn Senior Community Services Employment Program

The AARP Foundation Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) helps older adults in El Paso re-enter the workforce with confidence. We provide paid, part-time training opportunities for individuals aged 55 and older who are seeking to update their skills and gain meaningful employment. Through partnerships with local nonprofits and community organizations, SCSEP participants contribute to their neighborhoods while preparing for long-term success in today’s job market. Our program empowers older workers to stay active, financially secure, and socially connected. At AARP SCSEP, we believe experience matters—and we’re here to help it shine in the workplace.
