Trdi

TRDI Inc. (Training, Rehabilitation & Development Institute) is a mission-driven nonprofit that creates employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to work. Through government contracts and community partnerships, we provide staffing and facility management services while promoting inclusion, independence, and job readiness. In El Paso, TRDI connects capable workers with meaningful employment in custodial, food service, groundskeeping, and administrative roles. Our goal is to build a more inclusive workforce where everyone has the chance to succeed. At TRDI, we’re changing lives through opportunity—one job at a time.
