Oklahoma Education Association

The Oklahoma Education Association stands with educators, students, and public schools to advocate for quality education across our state. We’re a union of passionate professionals working together to improve classroom conditions, fight for fair funding, and elevate the teaching profession. Through policy advocacy, legal support, and professional development, we empower our members to lead with purpose. Education is the foundation of a strong future—and we believe every Oklahoma student deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed in a fully resourced school. We’re not just educators—we’re change-makers for every child in every classroom.
