Professional Business Development Group PBDG is a Portland nonprofit that helps minority-owned and disadvantaged businesses succeed in the construction industry. Through technical training, mentorship, and advocacy, PBDG empowers firms to compete for public and private contracts. The organization works to remove barriers to access and promote equity in procurement.
