The Rp Group

The RP Group is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving student success and equity in California community colleges through research, evaluation, and professional development. We partner with educators, administrators, and policymakers to deliver actionable insights and data-informed practices that transform outcomes for underrepresented students. Our services include customized research studies, planning support, and statewide initiatives that strengthen institutional effectiveness. At the RP Group, we believe research has the power to improve lives and systems alike.
