Primary functions: provide personal assistance and /health-related services to clients in their place of residence; provide a safe and clean environment; work cooperatively with client and family; when necessary, report observations and problems to the Supervisor.
PT Tuesday and Thursday; flexible start and end, either 9-1 or 10-2pm
