NOTICE TO ALL REGISTERED CATERERS
Buena Vida Wellness Center Corp., located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is seeking qualified and registered catering providers to submit competitive bids for the provision of meals under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to select a qualified food service provider to furnish nutritious meals and snacks to eligible participants enrolled in our adult day care program.

USDA NONDISCRIMINATION STATEMENT
Meals will be provided at no separate charge to eligible participants enrolled at the center. Participation and meal services will be provided without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, religion, reprisal, political beliefs, marital status, familial or parental status, or sexual orientation, where applicable.

FREE AND REDUCED-PRICE MEAL REQUIREMENTS
Individuals who qualify for free or reduced-price meals must complete the appropriate application and provide all required eligibility information. The application may include:

The names and number of individuals residing in the household.
The last four digits of the Social Security Number of the head of household, primary wage earner, or adult completing the application, or an indication that the individual does not have a Social Security Number.
Total monthly household income or applicable SNAP/Food Stamp, SSI, or Medicaid identification information.
The signature of the adult participant or authorized adult completing the application.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
Buena Vida Wellness Center Corp. is requesting competitive proposals from qualified food service management companies and registered caterers authorized to participate in the Florida Department of Elder Affairs Adult Care Food Program.

The awarded caterer will be responsible for providing and delivering:

Breakfast
Lunch
Snack
Meals and snacks must be provided five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, for participants receiving adult day care services at the center.

The selected provider will enter into a one (1) year contract, subject to all applicable USDA, CACFP, Florida Department of Elder Affairs, and contractual requirements.

All meals must be delivered to the center in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule and applicable food safety and meal service requirements.

MENU AND MEAL PATTERN
The selected bidder must prepare menus and meals in accordance with the applicable USDA/CACFP meal pattern requirements.

All meals must meet the required nutritional components, serving sizes, and applicable program standards.

The bidder's package will be available before 9:00 AM beginning August 19, 2026.

SUBMISSION OF BIDS
All completed bids must be received no later than 10:00 AM on September 2, 2026.

Each bid must be:

Submitted in triplicate.
Signed with original signatures.
Placed in a sealed envelope.
Clearly identified with “INVITATION TO BID.”
The sealed envelope must be addressed to:
