Customer Service Representative – Salt Lake City, UT

Position Overview:
Join Cosentino, a multinational company with rapid expansion, offering challenging and impactful projects.
Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company.
Assist with inquiries related to pricing, products, inventory, delivery schedules, orders, invoicing, and collections.
Handle customer orders, monitor and follow up on purchasing, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the sales team.
Manage invoicing, returns, and corrections when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service through phone, face-to-face, and email communication.
Support showroom operations, including scheduling visits, handling stock, and managing marketing materials.
Assist the sales team by preparing sample shipments and checking material availability.
Perform analysis using SAP as required.
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Experience & Skills:

Required:
3+ years in Customer Service
2+ years of invoicing and order entry experience
Proficient in computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Desired:
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or distribution
Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems

Education:
Required: High School Diploma/GED
Desired: College degree

Wage Range: $19–$21/hour based on experience and location
