Position Overview:
Lead a small group of individuals with developmental disabilities at our Adult Day Program in Tempe (~Broadway Rd. and Priest Dr.)

Responsibilities include:
Monthly calendar planning
Motivational teaching and coaching in life and social skills
Community outings
Record keeping

Shift Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
~2 days of transporting members using a company vehicle (approx. 2 hours per transportation shift)
No CDL required

Experience Required:
Preferred experience working with developmentally disabled individuals

Hiring Requirements:
Valid AZ Driver’s License
First Aid and CPR Certification
Article 9 Certification
Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Certification
NON-IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Clean 39-month driving record
