Paid Research — $50 per Visit, Up to $500

Listing Details

I’m looking for people in Seattle and nearby areas to participate in paid research on kitchen and bathroom remodeling companies.

Earn **$50 per completed company visit**, with up to 10 visits available — **up to $500 total**. You can participate in one or several visits.

What’s involved:

- Contact a company from my list and arrange a free in-home estimate.
- Host the representative and discuss a possible kitchen or bathroom remodel.
- Ask about pricing, including flooring and wall work. For kitchens, request an option including flooring but excluding appliances.
- Ask about discounts and note the initial and final prices.
- Audio-record the visit with everyone’s consent, including permission to share the recording with me.
- Send me the recording, estimate, and any designs or other materials provided that you’re permitted to share. Follow up if the final quote arrives later.

You need a suitable property where you have permission to host the appointment and enough English to discuss the project. A genuine interest in remodeling is a plus.

**No purchase is required.** Payment is for the completed visit, recording, and collected materials. Phone calls do not need to be recorded.

You may also coordinate visits through other homeowners.

Interested? Message me with your city and whether you can host the appointments.
