Position: Remote Customer Service Representative (Independent Contractor)

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers with compassion and professionalism
Assist with enrollment, program applications, and system setups
Help caregivers with payroll-related inquiries
Use de-escalation techniques for upset callers
Offer guidance to resolve issues
Document information and outcomes

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong computer skills and troubleshooting abilities
Empathy, patience, and a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle sensitive calls and de-escalate emotional situations
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Ability to work with numbers and discuss finances

Home Office Requirements:
Windows 10 or 11 OS (no Macs or Chromebooks)
8GB of RAM and 6 processors
At least 500MB of free hard drive space
Sound card and up-to-date antivirus software
High-speed, hardwired internet
Dual monitors and a USB noise-cancelling headset
Webcam for certification

Pay:
$13 per hour
Potential to earn up to $500 in incentives (details below)

Incentives for December 9th Certification Start:
$150 for completing the shadowing week (Dec 9–13)
$250 for completing 1-week certification
$100 for completing a follow-up certification

Additional Holiday Cash:
$30 for 20-24 hours worked
$75 for 25-29 hours worked
$160 for 30+ hours worked

Flexible Hours:
Use self-scheduling to choose work hours within client’s operational hours
Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET
Minimum of 20 hours/week (including Mondays and Fridays)
