We’re expanding our team! Due to a significant increase in demand for our services, we are seeking full-time Benefits Representatives with a passion for customer engagement and soft sales. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while helping clients protect their families and improve their peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing assistance and resolving issues.
Address and follow up on customer concerns, escalating matters as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain and update support documentation for internal use and customer access.
Suggest and implement process and product improvements to enhance efficiency.
Develop customer resources for addressing frequently asked questions.

What You Bring:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience guiding customers through technical solutions (preferred but not required).
A desire to learn and contribute, even if you don’t meet all listed qualifications.
